Refund Policy

 

 

ZeroPoint Global Refund Policy

The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:

  • All merchandise must be returned by the Consultant or customer who originally made the purchase directly from ZeroPoint Marketing Ltd.

  • All returns must have a Return Authorization Number which is obtained by calling the Customer Support Department within 30 days of purchase. This Return Authorization Number must be written on each carton returned.

  • The return is accompanied by:

    Completed and signed Consumer Return Form;
    Unused portion of the product in its original container.

  • Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials should be used when packing product(s) for return or replacement. Use shipping services that provide a tracking number for each package.

  • Send to ZeroPoint Marketing shipping pre-paid. ZeroPoint does not accept shipping-collect packages. Lost shipments are the full responsibility of the customer. ZeroPoint cannot be held liable for lost return shipments. If returned products are not received by the ZeroPoint distribution center, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment.

  • If a customer is returning merchandise to ZeroPoint that was returned to him or her by another personal retail customer, the product must be received within ten (10) days from the date of which the retail customer returned the merchandise to the Consultant and must be accompanied by the sales receipt provided to the customer by the Consultant at the time of sale.

  • All conditions in this policy must be met prior to receiving a refund or replacement.

  • ZeroPoint will replace at 50% the cost any Pendants, Plates or Coasters that are accidentally dropped and or broken with the return of the broken pieces and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) which is gotten from Consultants Services by emailing to info@zeropointglobal.com

Should you wish to cancel or return an order please contact me immediately so that I can arrange for a refund or exchange.
